Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 E, 10 E Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00
MUST HAVE 2+ REFERENCES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT IN PROFILE IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. Tests performed by the Medical Technologist include bacterial culture identification and susceptibility testing on various types of clinical specimens, rapid EIA's, PCR, Proficiency testing, plating. Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Manager or Senior Medical Technologist. Experience in interpreting a variety of Microbiology cultures. Must be licensed in New York State as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Lab generalist preferred/ familiarity will multiple procedures preferred. Experience in Meditech and Vitek preferred.
