Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00
Independently performs qualitative and quantitative testsin assigned section(s), following established guidelines and predeterminedcriteria. Performs tests and calculations, documents and reports results.Follows established QA/QC policies and procedures. Operates, calibrates,conducts performance checks and maintains laboratory instruments and equipment.Maintains procedures, records and logs. Identifies problems that may adverselyaffect test performance and/or results and uses knowledge, deductive skills andjudgment to troubleshoot and resolve them. Recognizes abnormal or unusualpre-analytical, post-analytical and post-analytical problems.Must be willing to work On-Call (carry the phone),typically 2-3 nights a week
