DAY SHIFT Medical Technologist Specialist Opening at an Award Winning Hospital in Georgia! This large hospital offers over 50 specialties and is a Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence worldwide! This hospital is also one of the premier teaching hospitals in the US and offers residency-training programs as well advanced training for nursing students.
This hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time, experienced Medical Technologist Specialist! This is a DAY shift position. For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or a related field) and certification as a MT or MLS by the Board of Registry of ASCP. In this position - the MT Specialist will be responsible for training and competency evaluations of the laboratory staff as well as focusing on quality control measures as well as compliance with all laboratory accreditation agencies.
