Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: 01/07/2020Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA. ***all submittals must include print screen from CA board showing CLS license** Scrub Color/Attire - Scrubs OK, any color. Comfortable closed toe shoes. Patient Ratios - approx. 2000 tests per day. Type of equipment - Beckman Coulter LH780, Sysmex CA 1500, Beckman IQ Workcell, Ortho Vitros 5600. EMR - Meditech. MUST HAVE California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License. PREFER: Experience with aforementioned instruments and Experience with Meditech. TYPICAL PROCEDURES: Bench work: patient testing, maintenance on instruments, calling Critical Values to inpatient units and Performing QC. FLOATING TO: Hematology, Chemistry, limited Blood Bank, and limited Microbiology. 2+ years of experience AND the most recent 2 years MUST be in a hospital setting ONLY. There is a 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year.

3 California licensed Clinical Lab Scientists
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with aforementioned instruments and Experience with Meditech.
