Full-time Medical Technologist needed at a small facility in Nevada!

Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
Will function in all areas of the laboratory: blood bank, chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and serology/immunology. Responsible for high-complexity testing. Perform quality control procedures and instrument check efficiently. Notify patient care unit and/or physician of critical lab values. Maintain accurate laboratory records on procedures performed. Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills, and high level of self-motivation. Communicates effectively in oral and written formats sufficient to demonstrate comprehension. Ability to take direction and assimilate instructions quickly. Computer Skills required with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Adobe).
Regulatory Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science preferred. Five-years of experience. Registry as American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP). Required to obtain the General Supervisor License with the State of Nevada.
