NEW Lead Medical Technologist OR Senior Technologist Opening on DAY Shift outside of Augusta, Georgia! This 250-bed hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialties and services. This is a permanent and full time position. The Lead Technologist assumes technical responsibility for the hematology section of the laboratory. They are responsible for ensuring that all persons working in the department are properly trained and competent. They also ensure that the department meets all regulatory requirements. They work in close contact with the Clinical Lab Manager in the day-to-day operations. For consideration, applicants MUST have his or her MT/MLS ASCP Certification (or equivalent) and BS Degree.
