Job Description
This individual is responsible for taking a leadership role in the assigned department. He/she wiil perform waived, moderate and high complexity tests as authorized. Responsibilities will include specimen collection as needed, specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results. In addition, this individual will participate fully in all quality control procedures and comply with quality assurance and quality management standards as outlined by the department, JCAHO, CAP, CLIA and other applicable agencies. Individuals in this position will carry out administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Bachelor degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institution and have one year of laboratory training or experience, or both, in a high complexity taboratory setting.
At least two year's experience in a clinical laboratory is required.
Permanent Salary Expectations:
We do offer a sign on bonus for PM shifts only for full time positions it would be $3,000 they get half upon hire and then $750 at one year and $750 at the second year before taxes. Up to $3,000 relocation assistance.
