Job Description

Industry leading company in Tennessee is seeking a full time Chemistry Medical Technologist to join our team!

We provide comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services as an industry leader. We are privately held and physician centered, designed to work seamlessly with medical practices and provide direct consultation when needed.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

JOB SUMMARY:

- Receive and process specimens according to department protocols

- Handles CAP surveys, validates new methods, produces, interprets and reports accurate and precise test results

- The person in this position is a licensed Medical Technologist (MT preferably) who is responsible for day to day specimen processing, analysis and results reporting within the Chemistry department. The person in this position performs the standard duties of a Medical Technologist/Laboratory Technician under the Lead and/or Supervisor. ASCP required.
