NEW OPENING for a Medical Technologist or MLT with their Tennessee License who is interested in securing a position with a stronger focus on Quality Control, Troubleshooting and Performance Improvement measures in the Clinical Laboratory!

The Technologist in this role needs at least one year of management experience as they will be responsible for supervising all clinical departments and staff on the night shift on a day-to-day basis as well as providing assistance with hiring and training of staff.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overall night shift operations of clinical production and clinical staff. Enforces PathGroup Labs policies. Responsible for facilitating various status reports.

Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
