Lead Medical Technologist – Microbiology
Location: Georgetown, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Compensation: $30–$37/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire
We are currently hiring for A Lead Medical Technologist opportunities:

Lead Microbiology Technologist
These are hands-on Section Lead roles for experienced laboratory professionals who want to take on additional technical leadership responsibilities while still working at the bench.
Highlights

Day shift

Microbiology schedule approximately 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
-
$30–$37/hour
-
Hands-on technical leadership role
-
Quality control, training, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance responsibilities
-
Support day-to-day laboratory operations and staff development
-
Strong generalist laboratory skills preferred
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
-
MT/MLS ASCP certification or equivalent required
-
Strong experience in Microbiology
-
Prior laboratory leadership experience preferred
-
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
