Medical Technologist Lead – Full Time
Sarasota, FL
We are seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to support daily laboratory operations and staff supervision.
Schedule:
Mixed shifts (7–10 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee high-complexity laboratory testing
- Provide leadership support to technical staff
- Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance
- Assist with workflow coordination and problem-solving in the lab
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
- ASCP certification preferred
- Prior clinical laboratory experience required
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
