This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist to join a hospital-based laboratory supporting critical stat and routine testing during overnight hours. Your Role

• Perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing using independent judgment

• Analyze proficiency testing samples and complete testing within required timeframes

• Perform and document quality control procedures and corrective actions as needed

• Correlate, interpret, and validate patient results, including delta checks

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation

• Review pending and result logs to ensure timely workload completion

• Assist with inventory monitoring and regulatory compliance requirements

• Handle critical and problem specimens according to established protocols

• Support departmental goals related to service, quality, and patient satisfaction
