This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Medical Technologist to join a hospital-based laboratory supporting 24/7 acute care services. This role is ideal for seasoned technologists seeking night-shift work, schedule flexibility, and long-term stability within a well-resourced clinical lab environment.

Shift Details
Full-time
Night shift: 10:00pm–6:30am
8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
Rotating weekends
Shift differentials offered for nights and/or weekends.

Your Role

• Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols

• Complete all required documentation related to patient results

• Perform STAT testing within defined turnaround time targets

• Apply independent judgment when correlating, interpreting, and validating patient results

• Review pending and result logs to ensure workload completion and continuity of care

• Perform quality control procedures and address critical or problem specimens

• Assume departmental responsibilities in the absence of supervisory staff as needed
