Your Role

• Perform stat and routine clinical laboratory testing in licensed technical disciplines

• Apply independent judgment to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results

• Serve as the primary laboratory point of contact for the trauma team on assigned shifts

• Maintain competency and regulatory scheduling in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology

• Support departmental goals related to service excellence, quality, compliance, and performance

• Assist with non-technical tasks such as specimen collection, processing, and referral testing as needed
