Medical Technologist (Generalist – Rotating Shifts)
Eastern Idaho

Join a collaborative and supportive lab team where your skills make an immediate impact on patient care. This full-time Medical Technologist position offers a balanced schedule with 36–40 hours per week and alternating shifts, providing both variety and flexibility.

Position Overview:
As a key member of the laboratory, you’ll perform a wide range of diagnostic testing across multiple departments, ensuring timely and accurate results that support quality patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood bank.

  • Analyze, verify, and report results with precision and attention to detail.

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments.

  • Uphold all quality control, regulatory, and safety standards.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (36–40 hours per week)

  • Typically 4 days on / 3 days off, with occasional 3×12-hour shifts followed by 4 days off

  • Alternating shifts for balanced workload and team coverage

Qualifications:

  • ASCP or equivalent certification required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience required.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
