A respected hospital in Southern Oklahoma is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Medical Technologist to join their evening shift team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a full-service clinical laboratory, offering an opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform, verify, and report high-complexity laboratory testing across multiple disciplines

• Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring accurate and timely results

• Maintain specimen integrity, verify labeling, and troubleshoot discrepancies

• Support blood bank and transfusion processes, ensuring compliance and quality control

• Monitor inventory, assist with training, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork

• Act as a technical resource and leader for other lab staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science

• ASCP certification (or equivalent) required

• At least 1 year of high-complexity testing experience

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
