Join a nationally ranked academic medical center known for innovation and excellence in diagnostic science. We’re looking for two Full-Time Medical Technologists to join our collaborative Microbiology/Virology Lab team at a leading hospital in Gainesville, FL.
Location: On-site in Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Variable shifts available (including evening/night options)
Compensation: Competitive pay + Sign-On Bonus (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:

Perform routine and complex diagnostic testing in microbiology and virology, including culture, molecular, and serologic assays

Accession specimens, operate analyzers, and ensure specimen integrity

Collaborate with technologists, pathologists, and infectious disease teams to deliver timely, accurate results

Support quality assurance, instrument maintenance, and lab compliance
