A leading healthcare facility in Florida is currently seeking experienced Medical Technologists to join its Transfusion Services team within the Blood Bank. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a mission-driven laboratory setting known for excellence in patient care, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.

Available Schedules:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Both shifts are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and come with full-time benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform laboratory analyses to support safe and timely blood transfusions

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in testing procedures

• Adhere to safety standards and documentation protocols

• Support patient care teams with clear communication of results

• Maintain equipment and instruments according to lab standards

• Collaborate with other technologists and participate in workflow improvements
