Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 5x8s | 40 Hours per Week
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

About the Role:

As a Medical Technologist, you’ll provide essential diagnostic support by performing laboratory tests and analyses across a variety of disciplines. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a night shift environment and values precision, autonomy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform lab testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank

  • Accurately interpret and correlate clinical test results

  • Conduct quality control, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments

  • Communicate critical lab values promptly to medical staff

  • Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Maintain proper use and documentation of laboratory equipment

  • Support education efforts and lab operations, as needed
