Medical Laboratory Scientist / Technologist (MLS/MT/CLS) | Full-Time | North Dakota

We’re partnering with a well-established health system in Minot, ND, currently hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) for a full-time role in a fast-paced, full-service clinical laboratory.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Immunology, and Clinical Microscopy

• Participate in a collaborative, team-based environment with access to modern lab technology

• May include limited phlebotomy based on department needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science

• ASCP certification (or equivalent) and ND license (or Provisional Permit) required

• Completion of a clinical internship

• Strong foundational knowledge in high-complexity testing and lab protocols
