A respected clinical laboratory organization is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) to join their team. This position offers a strong mix of technical skill development, quality-focused testing, and collaboration in a fast-paced lab setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform and analyze a wide range of clinical lab tests on patient specimens
-
Process and prepare samples according to standard lab protocols
-
Troubleshoot instruments and ensure accurate reporting of test results
-
Maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
-
Support inventory management, documentation, and regulatory compliance
-
Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, reliable lab services
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science (or Medical Technology)
-
ASCP or AMT certification required
-
3+ years of clinical laboratory experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, QA/QC protocols, and troubleshooting procedures
-
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
