Job Description

Hospital located several hundred miles west of Anchorage, seeking a Lab Manager. Great pay and benefits listed below.

Starting Pay: $115,508/annually

  • Sign-on on bonus, retention, and relocation eligible
  • 3yrs agreement, $15k sign on bonus, retention; 7% 1st and 2nd year, 9.1% 3rd year
  • 2yrs agreement, $10k sign on, retention; 6% 1st and 2nd year
  • Relocation; 20k family, $15k individual

Lab Manager Opportunity:

  • Full-time, hospital setting.
  • Lab Manager is responsible for management of all laboratory resources from staff to equipment to supplies.
  • Provides staff orientation training and ensures all staff competencies.
  • Require exceptional leadership and laboratory skills along with knowledge of regulatory agency standards.
  • Lab Manager with at least 3 years of experience
  • Manages all employees in the Clinical Laboratory.

Lab Manager Qualifications:

  • Must be certified by ASCP, or AMT
  • Lab Manager must have a bachelors degree in the related field
  • Laboratory generalist
