Job Description
A well-respected healthcare provider in the Mid-Michigan region, just outside Lansing, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Technologist to join their clinical laboratory team. This opportunity is for a third-shift role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule, offering a great work-life balance and a stable routine.
Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in blood bank, chemistry, and hematology, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex clinical laboratory tests to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of disease

Prepare and analyze patient specimens using standard laboratory procedures

Accurately document and report lab results

Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment

Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards

Collaborate with medical and laboratory staff to maintain quality outcomes
