Lead Medical Technologist / Team Lead MLS
Location:
Charlotte, North Carolina
Schedule Options:
- 3x12s, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2nd Shift, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
- ASCP certification (or equivalent) required
- 2–5+ years of clinical lab experience
- Strong technical skills across core lab disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, etc.)
- Previous leadership or lead tech experience is a plus
