Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist – Night Shift (4x8s)
Location: Brockton, MA
Schedule: Night Shift | 4x8 Hour Shifts (32 Hours/Week)
A well-established hospital in Brockton, MA is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join their night shift team. This is a 32-hour/week position consisting of four 8-hour shifts, ideal for a motivated generalist who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced lab environment.
Position Highlights:

Generalist role requiring competency in:

Hematology
-
Chemistry
-
Blood Bank
-
Microbiology: Gram stains, culture planting, strep, and respiratory virus testing

Work independently with access to a collaborative, cross-trained team

Qualifications:

ASCP or equivalent certification preferred

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science

Prior generalist experience strongly preferred

Ability to work independently during night shifts
