A reputable laboratory in Levittown, NY is seeking a Medical Technologist to join their Chemistry department on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their careers in a high-volume clinical lab environment with strong mentorship and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex testing in the chemistry section of the laboratory

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated instruments

• Ensure accuracy of results through quality control procedures and documentation

• Collaborate with other lab professionals to support patient care

• Adhere to lab safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

• ASCP (or equivalent) certification or eligibility preferred

• Strong interest in clinical chemistry and laboratory operations

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
