A well-established healthcare facility in Leesburg, FL is seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Technologist – Generalist with a focus in Microbiology to join their team. This is a day shift role with a start time of either 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM, depending on department needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests in Microbiology, Immunology, Serology, Chemistry, and Hematology

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex lab instrumentation

• Review, verify, and report accurate test results

• Ensure compliance with lab protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Florida State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required

• Must be licensed in Microbiology, Immunology, Serology, Chemistry, and Hematology

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

• ASCP certification preferred

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
