Woodland Springs-HIM Clerk

Woodland Springs is a 96-bed behavioral hospital located near The Woodlands, TX. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Woodland Springs we are dedicated to Changing People's Lives.

Position Details:

• Assist in administering health information services within the accreditation, regulatory and facility standards
• Implement Process and Procedures for documenting, storing, retrieving and processing medical legal documents information
• Maintain patient medical records
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines are followed

Requirements:

• High School diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience
• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Experience:

• Previous experience in information management with a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred
