Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky and we are currently looking for a Director of Healthcare Information Management (HIM).

As the Director of Healthcare Information Management (HIM), you will be a member of the corporate leadership team responsible for company wide data integrity, privacy and security.

  Job Details:

• Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure accurate medical record documentations are consistent with accreditation, regulatory and facility standards.

• Provided overall direction concerning accuracy, confidentiality and circulation of records are aligned with the guidelines of regulatory agencies.

• Responsible for overseeing multiple HIM departments at the field hospital level.

  Requirements:

• 5 years of experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Experience with case management and crisis intervention a plus.

• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred
