Springstone is seeking a Project Coordinator to play a key role in providing hands on support to the Executive Leadership team in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Position Details:

  • Utilize spreadsheets to track information.
  • Organize contracts, reports, and shared drive content
  • Perform administrative duties as needed such as
    • Expense reports
    • Compiling paperwork
    • Setup meetings
    • Assist with use of office equipment
  • Responsible for coordinating and attending meetings
  • Assist with developing project strategies

Core Skills:

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Superior computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, strong and thorough knowledge of Excel
  • Able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple project
  • Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of presentation design, template usage and presentation delivery
  • Knowledge of telecommunication applications such as video conferencing software

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 Years of related experience
