Job Description
The contractor shall provide services necessary to install, setup, and maintain printers and copiers ranging from small stand-alone desktop units to large scale networked office devices, including multi-function equipment. This includes monitoring and proactively installing consumables (toners and cartridges) on these devices before they are exhausted. The contractor shall notify the government COR of all break/fix issue(s) on leased multifunction devices that are beyond its control, on the same business day, so that the Govt can escalate the issue to the appropriate lease vendor for resolution.
