Job Description
The Government desires the use of existing or new automated configuration management tools to be utilized in applying the AGM to any new client systems, necessary configurations, and end-user applications.
There are strict timelines for patching client-based operating systems and applications. The contractor shall propose methodologies and tools (automated or manual) to ensure that updates and patches are successfully applied within the suspense dates and independently take necessary actions to rectify any updating/patching failures.
