NEW Senior Net Revenue Analyst Opportunity
Location: Houston, Texas
Schedule: Full-time | Days
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Net Revenue Analyst with strong experience in revenue cycle analytics and reimbursement. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who can analyze financial trends, support month-end close, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Kodiak (Crowe) experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly financial close including data validation, trend modeling, and variance analysis
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Analyze net revenue performance and identify key trends for leadership
- Develop and maintain accounting reserve methodologies
- Prepare reporting schedules for auditors and external stakeholders
- Monitor managed care contract performance and reimbursement trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams
- Contribute to system implementations and process improvements
- Stay current on regulatory and reimbursement changes
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of net revenue or healthcare finance experience
- Required experience with Kodiak (Crowe) revenue cycle analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and financial reporting systems
- Knowledge of reimbursement structures (commercial & government payors)
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA preferred; advanced degree a plus
