Medical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT)
StartDate: 11/12/2018Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E Pay Rate: $31.00 - 36.00
SHIFT: DAYS/EVENINGS
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED:2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. Chemistry-Siemens Dimension EXL 200 and EXL with LM. Hematology-Beckman Coulter Unicell DxH 600 and Siemens Coagulation CA Series. Blood Bank-Tube and Gel Systems non-automated. Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in the diagnosis and/or monitoring of various disease states. Follows standardized procedures and helps prepare samples for testing. Analyzes test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. Requires a bachelor's degree and must be a certified medical technologist. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor.
