Our client near Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician to join their laboratory family. Candidates should have (or be eligible for) a national certification as an MT/MLS/CLS or MLT. 2+ years of Lab experience as a Generalist or will consider MT Micro Specialist. This is for Monday-Thursday Night Shift. Hiring immediately!

Responsibilities of the Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician (MT/MLT) Generalist:
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Provides information for patient diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory tests in all general lab areas.
- Able to use various types of machinery, lab equipment, and complex computer programs to perform the test.
Requirements of the Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician:
- Trained in an accredited MT or MLT program
- Must have (or be eligible for) the ASCP or other National Certification
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab as a Generalist
- Would consider Micro MT Specialist
