Position Highlights:
- Full-Scope Clinical Role: Perform a wide range of laboratory testing, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology, in a 24/7 hospital setting with a robust in-house test menu
- Modern Technology & Support: Work in a well-equipped lab with Cerner EMR, Novarad PACS, and supportive clinical staff. Phlebotomy assistance available; hospital supports obtaining WA phlebotomy license if not already held
- Independent Practice in a Team Environment: Enjoy autonomy, especially during solo night shifts, while being part of a collaborative, patient-focused team
- Balanced Schedule, No On-Call: Multiple shift options available, including night, day, and swing shifts, with no routine on-call duties

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $25.52–$44.66/hour based on experience

Qualifications:
- Certification: ASCP certification or eligibility with a plan to obtain it
- Licensure: Washington State phlebotomy license preferred; can be obtained after hire
