Medical Lab Technologist
Illinois - Near Davenport, Iowa
Position Highlights:
- Consistent evening schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Every other weekend rotation

- Required MLT (ASCP) or equivalent, highly preferred MT/MLS (Scientist) ASCP license
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation
- MLT (Associate's Degree): $23–$30/hr
- MLS/Scientist (Bachelor’s Preferred): $31-$41.52/hr
- Performance-based evaluation system, though no formal sign-on or retention bonuses at this time

Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (preferred)
- Certifications: ASCP or equivalent certification required
- Skillset: High-volume lab testing, multitasking, generalist capabilities across hematology, chemistry, and limited microbiology
- Experience: Prior experience in a hospital lab preferred, but not required
