Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor
Our Client near Cambridge, Ohio is seeking a Micro Lab Supervisor (MT/ASCP) to join their Laboratory Family. M-F early day shift rotating weekends. If you like a high volume lab, in a lower cost of living, then this is for you! Interviewing now!
Responsibilities of the Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor:
- 40% Supervisory 60% Benchwork
- Supervise 5+ FTE's
- Oversight of employment competency assessment
- Assists with employee performance reviews
Requirements of the Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor:
- ASCP MT Certification (or eligible)
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- M-F 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM and rotating weekends
