Microbiology Supervisor – Kingman, AZ 86401
We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Supervisor for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Kingman, Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to advance their laboratory career while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday day shift.
Position Details:
- Location: Kingman, AZ 86401
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
- Pay: $40–$52/hour
- Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200–$108,160
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science – required
- ASCP, AMT, or NCCLS certification – required
- Strong microbiology laboratory knowledge
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the microbiology department
- Supervising and supporting laboratory staff
- Ensuring accurate and timely testing
- Assisting with scheduling, training, competencies, and workflow
- Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance standards
