Our client located near Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking a Site Manager to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a laboratory background but certification is not required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Responsible for all operational activities in given area, including patient service centers, courier, specimen processing, specimen collection, and technical.
- Responsible for corporate compliance/quality at given location.
- Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, protocols and procedures at site.
Requirements of the Site Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Must be willing to travel to multiple sites within the area.
- Comfortable with "people management", benchwork not required
