Full-time Laboratory Director needed at a top facility in Pennsylvania!

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Laboratory Services, plans, directs and supervises all administrative aspects of the laboratory operations and its affiliated programs. Accountable for the quality and efficiency of the department’s operations.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5 - 8 years of laboratory leadership experience
* Experienced certified generalist or specialist (e.g., MT(ASCP), CLS(NCA), SH(ASCP), SC(ASCP), SM(ASCP), SBB, etc.)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial and computer skills
* Experience with Laboratory Information Systems management preferred
