Job Description

Full-time Medical Technologist needed in a Transfusion Laboratory outside of Raleigh, North Carolina!
(Reference Code: KAM)

A world-class academic and health care system is currently looking for Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) with some years of experience in Transfusion Medicine. New grads will not be considered as this employee will be working alone and will need the required knowledge base. This position is 12 hours shifts every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Friday 7p – 7a, Saturday 7p – 7a and Sunday 7p – 7a) and is paid a weekend option premium.

* Candidates must have a B.S. Degree in Medical Technology.
* Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by a nationally-recognized agency (ie. ASCP, AMT) is required.
* Two years of experience (minimal) in transfusion laboratory medicine.
