Job Description
Seeking a Laboratory Director for a fantastic health system.
The Senior Director of the Laboratory/Medical Imaging Services, working closely with the Medical Directors, is primarily responsibility for managing the human, financial and technical resources of the Laboratory and Medical Imaging Departments to assure that the on-going development of services, quality of patient care, professional and staff development, and departmental fiscal results are supportive of, and compatible with the hospital's organizational goals and objectives.
-Must be ASCP Certified OR ARRT Certified
-Educational Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree with 12 months practical training program.
Master's in Business or Hospital Administration preferred.
Professional Affiliations:American Society of Clinical Pathologists, American College of Healthcare Executives, American Healthcare Radiology.
Special Requirements :Previous management experience in either Laboratory or Medical Imaging.
Certification Requirements: American Society of Clinical Pathologists certification as Medical Technologist.
