Seeking a Core Laboratory Manager to join a great team!

This is a Full Time/Permanent Day Shift position.

Duties:
-Direct the 24/7 operation of the Pathology Core Laboratory. Monitor and improve workflow and turnaround time to achieve the highest level of physician and patient satisfaction. Implement processes that improve efficiency, productivity and increase associate satisfaction.

-Manage supervisors and a large diverse staff across multiple disciplines in a high complexity operation. Hold staff accountable for performance of their job. Responsible for training and teaching staff.

Requirements/ Experience:
-Must have 6 years in management. Have experience with all automated processes and comply with all regulatory requirements. Will monitor and improve workflow and turnaround time to achieve the highest level of physician and patient satisfaction. Implement processes that improve efficiency, productivity and increase associate satisfaction.

-BS Degree, preferred Masters and NYSOP Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required. Must have 10 years working in a laboratory
