Lab Supervisor- Seeking a full time Lab Lead/Supervisor to join a great team in Central Florida.
Position Title: Supv/Leader Lab
Essential Functions:
The Laboratory Department Shift Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day department (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and Blood Bank) operation of Central Florida Health Alliance. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in all clinical areas as it relates to Laboratory results. This individual helps maintain excellent rapport among Laboratory, Physicians, Nursing Staff and other Hospital Departments. This individual works closely with the Laboratory Director to maintain policy, procedures and day-to-day operations of the specific shift and Alliance Laboratories.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
ASCP MT or equivalent; LIS Training and or experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:State of Florida (Supervisor) SU –Clinical Laboratory Supervisor
Five years of experience
