Job Summary

The Medical Laboratory Scientist is responsible for the collection and processing of laboratory specimens as well as the reporting of results and preparation of reports at the CLIA moderate complexity level. This position maintains laboratory records, follows laboratory policies and procedures and maintains quality control practices.

Qualifications

• MT or MLS (ASCP) within 3 months of hire
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Must be comfortable testing as a Generalist
• Spanish is a plus!
• Must be OK with working night shift
