Job Description
Full-Time Permanent Cytotechnologist needed on Long Island
The Cytotechnologist will be responsible for performing moderate and high complexity testing. Analyze, review, and report test results and quality control results and takes remedial action when indicated; ensures specimen integrity; adheres to departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Cytology or related field
- New York State Clinical Lab License
- ASCP Certified as Cytotechnologist
- Thinprep and Surepath certification
This lab offers a broad spectrum of lab testing designed to provide physicians and patients with the fasted and most accurate diagnostic results. The lab is fully license and accredited.
