Medical Technologist needed - experience required

** 36 hours/week - night shift **

• Works independently
• Performs detailed and complex analyses of patient specimens
• Recognizes problems, identifies causes (technical, instrument or physiological), synthesizes alternatives and determines solutions
• Confirms, interprets, correlates, verifies and reports normal and abnormal patient results based on an in-depth knowledge of instrument functions, physiological principles and disease conditions

The ideal candidate will be ASCP certified (MT)(BB preferred but not required) and have at least one year of experience as a Generalist (preferably working either independently or with very high volume) in a clinical laboratory. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science is also required.
