Hematology Supervisor Needed in TN!
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree. Registered by the ASCP.
- Must hold a valid Tennessee Laboratory Supervisor’s License.
- Over one year supervisory experience is preferred.
Job Duties:
- Lead/manage department
- Manage hiring process
- Manage team performance, orientation processes, training and continuing education
- Counsel, coach, and motivate employees continually
3rd shift, but flexible for the right candidate.
