Seeking a Full-Time Permanent NY State Licensed Clinical Lab Supervisor!
Details:
The Clinical Lab Scientist will be responsible for supervising the reception area testing activities. Will provide clear and consistent instructions and directions and clearly communicate performance expectations. Facilitate donor movement throughout the center minimizing wait time and processing. Ensure the center is staffed with adequate number of personnel to provide sufficient support. Participate in management in conducting performance appraisals, providing performance feedback. May assist in recruitment and selection of staff. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- New York State Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist with at least 6 years clinical laboratory experience
